Important Update on Prescription Requests

In light of the increased volume of calls we’ve been receiving; we are making some changes to how we handle prescription requests. Our goal is to reduce phone line congestion, thereby improving access for patients with immediate medical queries or those needing to schedule appointments.

Changes Effective from 1st April

Starting from 1st April, We will no longer accept prescription requests over the phone. This change is aimed at ensuring our phone lines are more accessible for medical enquiries and appointment bookings.
