RapidHealth: Contact your GP practice online
Rapid health is our online patient triage system; Rapid Health can be used to access self-care information, submit medical and administrative requests, and even register new patients to the surgery.

The Extended Hours service is available from 6.30 pm to 8pm on weekdays and 8am to 8pm on Saturday and Sunday. Just call the Surgery and your call will be diverted to the service or dial 0203 370 7366. If you require medical assistance outside these hours, please contact 111.
If you have a life-threatening emergency please call 999.

Always friendly and attentive receptionists, fast service, excellent specialists all doctors are always very attentive and caring, they understand the patient’s problem and help to solve them, and this is important. They will always give the right advice to improve the treatment.

Every time I call, or need anything I get it. Very friendly staff, amazing wonderful reception staff. Very friendly very helpful and my children are well looked after. My family are very safe at this GP. I recommend this practice.

I moved to this surgery after a really bad experience with my old doctors. The difference has been stark, everyone I’ve spoken to or dealt with is proactive, respectful, polite, caring, and professional. The nurse in particular and the reception staff are just brilliant. This is exactly what a doctors surgery should be like.
